This Policy applies to your use of our aVia website www.aviatheapp.com (the “Site”) and your use of the aVia media player service (the “Service”). aVia allows users to access digital media from one or multiple locations. In order to use aVia, users must download aVia and install it to a compatible device. This website and corresponding aVia app are owned, operated, and managed by Videon Central, Inc., a Pennsylvania, U.S.A. corporation. By using this website or aVia Media Player, you, the user, agree to this Privacy Policy.

Videon Central, Inc. shall use your information in the following manner:

Additionally, Videon Central Inc., through operating aVia Media Player, may collect, process, and/or discloses location-based information in connection with aVia Media Player for the sole purpose of improving the app and repairing any bug fixes within the app.

Our website provides a forum that allows users to post questions, comments, and concerns directly with other users.  Participation in this forum is voluntary.  Videon Central assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for any information that is dispersed on this forum.  Participation in this forum will require registration by the user which may entail disclosing information including, but not limited to, name, email address, and user name which will be viewable to other users in the forum.

This policy may be changed at anytime, without notice to aVia users and in Videon Central’s sole discretion.  If Videon Central makes any changes to this policy, it will be updated on the website, and the effective date will reflect the date of modifications. By visiting the website, users accept the current version of this Policy as posted on the site at that time.

Additionally, if users are do not want any data collected, used, or shared regarding their use of the aVia website or app, users are instructed to discontinue use of the app and uninstall the software on all devices by standard means of removing software from each respective device.   Opting out of aVia the app may require different opt out methods than any third-party websites that may have been linked to www.aviatheapp.com including the forum or any blogs. In order to opt out of these third-party websites, please look up the respective opt out procedures for each respective website.
